Terms of sales.

Dreadlocks Nation pays particular attention to the implementation of its products. The Brand Designer fabricates each item by hand, making each product a unique piece.

By placing and confirming your order on our website, you acknowledge reading our Terms and Conditions listed below.

1 | SCOPE OF CONDITIONS

The general conditions of sale are intended to govern the reciprocal rights and obligations as well as the different stages of the ordering process on the DreadlocksNation.com website. We understand by reciprocal rights and obligations any liability related to the seller and/or the buyer.

2 | BUYER

The creation of a customer account is not necessary to place an order and make a payment. Subscription to the Dreadlocks Nation newsletter is included with a purchase. Customers can always use the link to unsubscribe presented at the bottom of the newsletter page.

3 | PAYMENT

Two solutions are available to place an order on DreadlocksNation.com:
– A valid Credit or MasterCard.
– PayPal.
In order to ensure optimal security, the DreadlocksNation.com site uses a payment service secured by the SSL protocol. Confidential data relating to payment is transmitted directly in encrypted form to the servers of the payment platforms without passing through our servers. The request is routed in real time to a secure remote payment manager.

4 | MANUFACTURING DELAYS

After validating and confirming your order, the design of your handmade item will require between two weeks and one month. This delay may vary depending on the period, keeping in mind that Dreadlocks Nation is the project of a single Designer.

5 | DELIVERY

French and International deliveries are made through LaPoste (french postal service working with DHL, FedEx, etc.). The products are carefully packaged and protected to ensure optimal transportion. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you to track your package. The customer is required to check the condition of the product delivered and may refuse, given the circumstances or conditions in which the item might have been delivered. As it relates to the latter, and if in such an event, the customer is tasked with contacting DreadlocksNation.com for an eventual replacement or return. Any anomaly concerning a product must be reported via the Contact Form within 3 days of delivery.

6 | RETURN OF PRODUCT

Dreadlocks Nation makes every effort to ensure a handcrafted design with impeccable finishes to suit your needs. If by some reason or another you still wish to return your product, we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure your reimbursement. Please contact us via the Contact Form on our website to make a query, question or return request.

We accept returns within a maximum of 14 days. Return conditions are applied; no modification or deletion of any kind on the product (including labels), the general condition of the product must be intact. The product will need to be re-packaged and re-shipped carefully. Dreadlocks Nation reserves the right to refuse a full refund if any of these conditions are not met and in this case, a re-assessment of the refund amount will be made. Upon receiving the product, we will check it and then refund you within 10 days.

Leather collection and custom made products cannot be returned unless they fall in the category of ‘legitimate returns’ according to the above Terms and Conditions.
